Julipet was founded in Bologna in 1954 as a small artisan company specializing in men's pajamas and underwear. Its name comes from the fusion of the names of its two founders, Giuliani and Pettazzoni. In the 1970s, Julipet's advertising, entrusted to actor Umberto Orsini, and campaigns featuring the comic strip character of a woman chasing a man in boxers, helped make the brand famous, becoming synonymous with excellence and uniqueness.
