Abroad the costs differ like this;

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Ciprus, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Lithuan, Luxemburg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden ,United Kingdom.

Transport costs: Euro 20.00

Zone 2:

Albania, Andorra, Belarus, Bosnia, Faroe Islands, Gibraltar, Guernsey, Iceland, Jersey, Liechtenstein, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Norway, Serbia, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine.

Transport costs Euro 30.00

Zone 3:Rest of the World

Transport costs: Euro 60.00

Shipping costs include packaging and postage costs. Packaging costs are fixed, while transport costs vary based on the total weight of the shipment

We recommend grouping your items into one order. The boxes are reasonably sized and your items are well protected. The package relating to the order placed is shipped within 2 days of receipt of payment and sent via DHL, with control and delivery without signature.

In any case, whatever type of shipping you choose, we will guarantee you a link to check the route of your package online.

Authorized Delivery of the Shipment

Upon arrival of the goods, the customer is asked to carefully inspect the package before placing a signature as proof of delivery of the shipment.

If, for any reason, the package appears to have been tampered with or if the adhesive tape is not intact, the customer is asked to sign the receipt with reservation, or to refuse the delivery.

In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, the customer is asked to immediately report the incident to the local courier office and contact us by sending an email to address info@jackson-roma.it

Right of Withdrawal and Right of Return

Our customer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with clicheroma.com, without any penalty, within fourteen (14) days from the day of receipt of the purchased products.

In addition to the right of withdrawal, there is the right to return the goods purchased and received in the event of our shipping errors and/or in the case of products that do not meet the quality.
